We will call you to find out why you have applied for our Apprenticeship and talk you through the next steps of the process - remember to find a quiet space with plenty of signal

Assessment Centres
If you have been shortlisted you will be invited to one of assessment centres. On this day you will meet the teams, take part in group and individual exercises and have an interview with one of the team. We will ensure you have all the information ahead of the day so you can prepare, feel confident and bring your best self!

Taster Days
These provide a great opportunity for you to experience the workplace and understand the role of an Apprentice

As we welcome you into Müller you have all the information needed join our team and a full induction to transition you into your role

Ensure your CV reflects the Job Description and showcases your knowledge and skills for the position you have applied for. If you do not have a lot of work experience focus on the transferable skills you have gained in school and extra curricular activities. Remember your CV is your first impression so make sure to have your CV proof-read. Ask somebody to check it, think about the font size and format and make sure it includes lots of information about what you have done, what you have achieved, and skills you have learnt.

A cover letter is a great way to tell us more about you - make sure you include why you want to be an Apprentice, why you want to come to Müller and what your ambitions are for your future.

Assessment centres are a great way for us to meet you over a longer period of time than just an interview, and you get the chance to showcase your skills across a number of activities. For an assessment centre we want to see your personality, so take some time to prepare for the day so you feel confident. Take the opportunity to talk to the teams and find out more about the role and working at Müller.

Be punctual for any interviews or assessment centres you attend. Don't forget to dress smartly too!
