As the Apprenticeship Engagement Manager my role is to work in the local communities for our sites and share information about our Apprenticeship opportunities. I organise and attend Careers Events, Apprentice Information Evenings at sites and look after the Recruitment process of all of our candidates from the application stage, right through until they start in the business as a Müller Apprentice.
